All Classes must be booked. You can book up to 6 days in advance on each class.
IF you are unable to attend a class you must cancel to allow for those on the waiting list to take the remaining slot.
Please do not enter facility any sooner than 5 minutes before class start time.
IF you want to cancel membership then we require a minimum of 1 months notice in writing.
